Reflections From Chapters 1 and 2

My Reflections Both Came From Chapter 1:

1. Ustream:
This concept was interesting because I heard of it but didn't know what it was. To be able to sit at a lecture with a webcam, jilm the events, and send it over a wide network for people to see is interesting. You could do that at a concert - anywhere! That's broadcasting.

2. The Web 2.0
I was interested in the education part where no longer is information sent and received, but it is shared over networks. Students can attend classes on-line and actually interact with other students and the professor. I think the economy was referred to as becoming flatter and the same time - I don't understand this.
